We review every such report and will cooperate with reasonable requests, including blocking specific files or hosts from the tool.

The service is provided free of charge, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue it (or any part of it) at any time without notice. Downloads depend on catbox.moe being reachable; we make no promises about the availability of files hosted there — expired Litterbox files, in particular, are gone for good.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that downloads will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components — always scan files you download from the internet.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, catboxdownloader.com and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the service — which is zero.
